I’m a UX Writer and Content Strategist with experience in shaping clear, effective communication across product, marketing, and localization. I specialise in turning complex information into simple, user-friendly content, with a focus on clarity, consistency, and trust.
Currently, I’m a Content & Localization Specialist at Bitget, where I manage bilingual content in English and Simplified Chinese. My work spans content strategy, translation, localization project management, and price reporting for market updates and exchange announcements. I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with product, regulatory, and business needs.
Outside of work, I practice aerial arts and I’m exploring data analytics to better connect content decisions with user insights and performance.

Content Strategy — Plan, edit and publish content. Maintain clear workflows, deliverables and consistency.
UX Writing — Write clear, concise and helpful copy. Design user experience with words.
Information Architecture — Structure and organise information to make things easy to find, easy to understand and useful.
Usability Testing — Understand users’ behaviour, needs and pain points. Evaluate usability through observation, interviews and surveys.
Translation — Create translation-friendly copy and guidelines. Translate copy from English to Chinese (vice-versa).
Conversation Design — Design conversations between chatbots and human users. Define how bots can improve work processes.
Article and Feature Writing — Research, analyse and curate current affairs. Explore important topics or issues in print and digital articles.
