I’m a Content Designer and Content Strategist with experience across technology, government, banking, payments, and digital services. I design content that helps people understand, trust, and use complex products, with a focus on clarity, consistency, and meaningful value.
My work spans product content, marketing, localization, and cross-functional collaboration across regional teams. I’m especially interested in simplifying complex information, shaping clear communication, and creating content that supports better decisions.
Outside of work, I practice aerial arts and am building my data analytics skills to better connect content decisions with user insights and performance.

Information Architecture —Structure and organise information to make things easy to find, easy to understand and useful.
Research & Insights — Use business research, competitive benchmarking, and usability testing to understand users, evaluate market practices, and inform content decisions.
Collaboration & Partnerships — Work with product, design, engineering, marketing, and regional teams to turn shared goals into clear execution.
Translation —Create translation-friendly copy and guidelines. Translate copy from English to Chinese (vice-versa).
Content management — Manage and localize CMS content to keep information accurate, consistent, and easy to use across markets.
Conversation Design — Design conversations between chatbots and human users. Define how bots can improve work processes.
Article & Feature Writing —Research, analyse and curate current affairs. Explore important topics or issues in print and digital articles.
